McClafferty Construction was started in Arizona in 2007 by James (Jim) McClafferty. Jim comes from a family background in the construction industry with experience dating all the way back to his high school days where he helped in his Fathers company after school building glass block windows in the basement and working on large commercial job sites in and around the greater Pittsburgh area. Jim has extensive experience in home remodeling throughout the years and contracted and built his present custom home in Arizona. After supervising complete remodeling jobs under the direction of licensed contractor, Aliano Construction in Arizona, for local residents and the City of Chandler he pursued the opportunity to become licensed by the AZ Registrar of Contractors beginning McClafferty Construction. Since then he has finished multiple complete rehab projects within the City of Chandler, private additions and remodels for homeowners, along with home repairs on recent foreclosed properties.
